To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong retail Management background. You will be self motivated, sales oriented and passionate about developing and leading a high performing team. But most of all you must have a can do attitude and a passion for what you do, that will keep customers coming back for more.
The position is based in Petone Wellington, and reports directly to the Retail Operations Manager. Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.

We are looking for a talented, top performing retail star to join the management team!
Are you an Assistant Manager with an exceptional track record and personality plus??

If the answer to all of these is yes, then you may be the one we are looking for!
To be successful in this role you will need to have retail experience at a management level with a demonstrated ability to inspire, train, organise, and motivate a retail team. You will be self motivated and passionate about retail. But most of all you will have a can do attitude, and team mentality.
Experience in sales, visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly.
An appreciation of lifestyle and contemporary trends is a must!!
The position will be based in our soon to open store in Central Wellington.
Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.
