Web Store Exchanges

If when you receive your purchase you decide you would like to exchange it, please contact our nood customer services (by phone or email) for authorisation and exchange information within 7 working days of receiving your purchase. the original sales receipt is required for all exchanges. merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging for an exchange. freight and associated costs of all product exchanges will be met by the customer.

 

Web Store Refunds

Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind. For furniture we recommend that you check dimensions to ensure they are the right size for your space and access doorways before completing your purchase.

However, if you have any concerns with regards to your purchase, please contact us to discuss them. If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Customers should contact our customer services with regards to any faulty products in the first instance. We will then arrange collection through our own agent for return.
