Shipping policy
General Shipping Information
All shipping rates are in NZ dollars.
- To see if an item is sent with Mainfreight or Aramex, this information can be seen in the “Shipping Information” of an item.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-10 working days subject to availability of stock.
- During high volume periods, please expect an additional 2-3 working days for dispatch.
- If you are unable to receive an order, please contact us at web@nood.co.nz as soon as you have placed your order. We can hold items for approx. 2-4 weeks if needed.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Smaller orders are typically delivered by Aramex and should be received within 7 working days of dispatch, although courier delays can occasionally occur.

Furniture will be delivered within 5–10 working days following dispatch via Mainfreight.

All items sent by Aramex may require a signature on delivery.
- The customer will be contacted before any furniture deliveries to arrange a suitable time by Mainfreight.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Private Boxes.
Rural Deliveries
For rural addresses, please note the following:
- For rural areas, Aramex contracts deliveries to NZ Post.
- In some cases, parcels may be redirected to a local rural collection point if they are assessed to exceed NZ Post’s size limits.
- If an order is identified as oversized before being collected by Aramex, it will be automatically transferred to Mainfreight for delivery.
There is no additional cost to you, but please note that delivery timeframes may extend to 5–10 working days in these cases.
At present, we only ship within New Zealand and Australia*.
*Only select items can be shipped to Australia. Contact web@nood.co.nz to enquire.
Click & Collect
How to place an order
To place an order with us online using Click & Collect simply add products to your cart and head to the checkout as normal. Click & Collect can be applied to your order for no additional charge by selecting the "Click & Collect" option. If this option isn't available at checkout, it means that the product you have selected isn't available for click-and-collect.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email from us to confirm your order has been received. We aim to have your items ready to collect within 48 hours of placing the order. Once your order is ready to collect, you'll receive an email from us.
Collecting your items
To collect your order, head into your selected store with a copy of your confirmation email and some identification, and our team will bring your order to you right away to complete the pickup process.
All Click and Collect orders will be held for collection instore at your chosen nood store for up to seven days.

Shipping info
At nood we believe in being transparent with our costs. All orders placed online at nood.co.nz will have a delivery fee calculated at check out. This fee is dependent on your order size and delivery location.
Shipping to Australia
We offer shipping to Australia. If you are interested in purchasing an item from nood, please email us at web@nood.co.nz with what you would like to order and your delivery address. We will come back to you with the shipping price and details on how to place your order.
