This website provides information about products that form part of our business throughout New Zealand. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Actual product colours may vary slightly from what is shown on your monitor or device. We do not guarantee that the colour, texture or detail of the product shown on your screen will accurately reflect the actual product. Measurements provided on our website site are approximate only.
Our website is provided for customers to buy or find out more about our products and services. Some products displayed on our website may only be available in physical stores and some products may only be purchased from our website.
We make every effort to keep a sufficient inventory of products offered for sale in-store and online. However, the availability of products changes daily and is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or limit the number of products customers can purchase in a single transaction.
Due to the size of our stores and popularity of products, not all products will be displayed in all stores.
If we are unable to deliver a product ordered through a store or online, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone and any amount charged for your ordered products, including delivery charges, will be credited back to you as soon as possible. This is the maximum extent of our liability to you for product unavailability.
Prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our website at any time for any reason. Online and in-store pricing may differ.
While we take every effort to ensure accurate pricing on our website, any prices that are displayed incorrectly (including $0.00) as a result of system error, are not valid, and will not be honoured. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
We strive to arrange delivery of your in-store or online purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. When calculating delivery costs we factor in destination, weight, and size of items. Grouping items in your order will provide better shipping rates and times.
When ordering online the exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. You can upgrade shipping charges and delivery methods at the checkout.
We will deliver products to you as soon as is reasonably practicable after acceptance of your order. Delivery occurs when the products have been delivered to your nominated address. Once your order is confirmed we are unable to change or cancel any aspects of your order. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment of the order.
We accept payment for online purchases using nood reward points, visa and mastercard credit, debit cards and q card.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. nood furniture warranty
We provide an extended warranty for the furniture products listed below when these have been purchased from us in New Zealand (nood furniture warranty). The nood furniture warranty is subject to New Zealand consumer law.
We will at our absolute discretion, replace or repair any product covered by the nood furniture warranty that has a material or manufacturing defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear or a natural characteristic of the material used.
The nood furniture warranty commences from the date of purchase and is for a term of (i) 3 years for framing of sofas, sofa beds, beds, daybeds and armchairs (ii) 1 year for fabric, leather and foam and (iii) 1 year for outdoor furniture and all other furniture.
The nood furniture warranty is not transferable and does not apply:
- To products used for commercial purposes or in commercial locations;
- To product finishing including stitching, glue, nails, tacks;
- To products sold as seconds, damaged floor stock, repaired products or products that have a defect where this has been brought to your attention before you purchased the products;
- Where repairs to a product are made or attempted by a service provider other than one approved by nood;
- If the product has not been used or maintained in accordance with any manufacturer’s instructions provided with the product;
- If the product has been modified, incorrectly adjusted or operated, subjected to incorrect electrical supply or inconsistent electrical supply or used with inappropriate accessories; or
- If the product is misused or tampered with in any way.

You indemnify us from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, costs (including professional costs) or claims which we incur or suffer in the course of our dealings with you under these terms including in respect of any breach by you of these terms or use or misuse by you of any part of this website.

If you are purchasing products for the purposes of a trade or business, the provisions of the consumer guarantees act 1993 do not apply to our supply of products to you.
